DAY 3:
INVERARNAN - TYNDRUM

Today was a really sad day for us all as Sam had to leave us to get back south for work in Monday. Sam, we'll miss you lots and hope it's not too long before we all meet up again.
Speedy Julie shot off and we only saw the orange spot in the curving path up the green hills.
Beautiful scenery - less forest, green sloping hills, beautiful waterfalls and river ponds - inviting for a dive in.
We took the path off the WHW path for Crianlarich where Julie was waiting for us. Made an unsuccessful visit to the station tea room as Sharon was dreaming of a cup of tea with something sweet but it was closed. Salads and soup at the hotel was nice. Then coffee, chocolates and eclairs at a small shop with benches outside. Nice doggi JR Scampi outside waiting for her mum.
Further, back on the trail again - saw the 3 Crianlarich Munroes in the background as we were heading for Tyndrum.
Passed the St Finnan Priory, interesting history to read on the boards.
Met a guy with rescue staff Daisy
Passed the Lochan of the missing sword.
Got to the Bytheway camping site in the end - where Julie was waiting in our trekkers hut.
No coeliac dinners to be found in Tyndrum so we shopped in the Green Wellie and had a nice evening in our hut.
